Return & Exchange Policy

At KLASSÉ, every piece is carefully crafted and made-to-order. For this reason, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

However, if you’d like to request a size or model exchange, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order, and only once per item.

To be eligible for exchange:

            •           The item must be unused,

            •           Unworn with original tags attached, and

            •           Returned in its original condition and full packaging.

We cannot process exchanges for items that show signs of wear, damage, fragrance, makeup marks, or any condition that makes them unsellable.

Promotional, discounted, or bundled products must be returned as a complete set for an exchange to be accepted.

To initiate an exchange and receive further instructions, please contact us exclusively via our WhatsApp support line.

We will provide guidance and return details tailored to your request. 

Items sent without prior approval will not be processed and will be returned at the sender’s expense.

Once we receive your package and confirm it meets our conditions, your new item will be sent out promptly.
