Distance Sales Agreement

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES
 This Agreement is concluded between the following parties in accordance with distance sales regulations:

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
 This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products/services ordered by the BUYER from the SELLER’s e-commerce site www.klassestudio.com under the applicable consumer protection laws.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT INFORMATION, PAYMENT & DELIVERY
 3.1 Main features, prices, and delivery terms of products are available on www.klassestudio.com.
 3.2 Shipping within Türkiye is included in the price. However, for international orders, shipping costs will be charged separately.
 3.3 Products shall be delivered within 30 days, depending on availability and production status.

ARTICLE 4 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
 Since all products are custom-made, returns are not accepted. However, in case of a production-related defect, the product can be exchanged. In such cases, the shipping cost will be covered by the SELLER.

ARTICLE 5 – GENERAL TERMS
 5.1 The BUYER declares to have read and accepted all pre-contractual information on the website.
 5.2 If the product is delivered to a third party and not accepted, the SELLER cannot be held liable.
 5.3 The delivery obligation of the SELLER is fulfilled upon handing over the product to the shipping company.

ARTICLE 6 – JURISDICTION
 Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Istanbul Central Courts. Turkish Law shall apply.
